Depending on the model and usage, we recommend changing the filter every 6 to 12 months. The system will automatically notify you when a change is due. Suitable replacement filters can be found in our filter set range. A filter subscription with automatic delivery is also available.

Additionally, after receiving the system, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (return if not satisfied).
Please note: The right of withdrawal only applies if the system is unused, has not been connected to the water supply, and is in its original condition. Replacement filters must also not have been removed from their packaging.
